Harmony Care and Support offers a  range of services which are specifically tailored to meet the need of each and every individual.

Some of the Services that we offer are:

Assisting with personal care- This can be anything from helping to get up, washed and dressed to assisting with toileting and showering.

Medication- Assisting service users to take medication, picking up prescriptions or simply just reminding and prompting service users to take their medication.
 
Washing/Laundry- Assisting service users with laundry, washing and ironing
 
Cleaning- Assisting service users with everyday cleaning and household chores or simply just giving a house a deep clean when its required.   
 
Cooking- Meal preparation, our carers prepare meals for service user through out the day, all meals prepared are at the request of each and every service user.  
 
Sit in service- Sit in services are available, for those wanting a break or service users wanting a bit or company, help and support.
 
Fire starting  -  Shopping Services  -  Social/ leisure outings - ‘waking nights and sleep in service’
